How long does it take to port my number to ParkNBlend?

The amount of time it takes to port a number to ParkNBlend depends on the responsiveness of your current provider and your location. On average, number ports take approximately 15-30 business days, but some ports complete in as little as five days. There is no way to tell in advance how long a number port will take. If you are looking for an update regarding the status or your number port, contact ParkNBlend support.

What information is needed to port my number?

Most of the information that ParkNBlend needs to port your number will be collected during online sign up. The information submitted during sign up that is necessary to port your number includes: Name of your current provider, the number you are porting, your account number, your PIN#/Passcode (when porting a wireless number), and your physical address (No PO Boxes). Please make sure the information you submit during sign up matches the information your current provider has on file. Any discrepancies can delay the number porting process. You will also be required to submit a recent copy of your phone bill. The information you submit during sign up should match the information on your current phone bill.

What is a PIN?

PIN stands for Personal Identification Number and is required when porting a wireless number. A customer's PIN is usually 4 digits. Some other service providers may also request a PIN to release your number.

When do I cancel service with my current provider?

Your service must remain active with your current provider throughout the number porting process. You will be notified by ParkNBlend once your number has successfully transferred to ParkNBlend and you will be able to cancel your service with your current provider at that time. ParkNBlend will not cancel your service on your behalf.

Does ParkNBlend service have a contract or cancellation fee?

There are NO CONTRACTS AND NO CANCELLATION FEES with ParkNBlend. Simply pay as you go for as long as you need our services.

Is ParkNBlend really only $6.99/mo?

YES! After your first month, you will never pay more than $6.99/mo with ParkNBlend. The $6.99/mo price includes all taxes and fees, call forwarding, voicemail, online account management and more. ParkNBlend gives you the luxury of enjoying the service without worrying about surprises on your phone bill, especially the metered rates our competitors charge for call forwarding.

How much does it cost to port my number to ParkNBlend?

ParkNBlend only charges a one-time fee of $14.95 to port your number and activate your service. You will be charged the one-time porting fee during sign up.

How do I log in to manage my features?

You can log in and manage your features from the ParkNBlend website using your email address and password.

How often can I change the number I forward calls to?

There is no limit to the number of changes you can make to your call forwarding. Since ParkNBlend offers a variety of call forwarding options, you can experiment with all of them until you find the solution that works best for you. You can access your features portal from any computer, 24/7, and all changes will be made in real time.

What types of numbers can I port to ParkNBlend?

ParkNBlend can port your landline, VoIP or cell phone numbers. ParkNBlend can also port Google voice and MagicJack numbers.

Does ParkNBlend support international call forwarding?

ParkNBlend supports call forwarding to numbers in Canada and the US. ParkNBlend does not forward calls to any numbers that are over 10 digits long.

Does ParkNBlend support SMS forwarding?

No. At this time, ParkNBlend only supports call forwarding. However, you can receive voicemail notifications via SMS if you set it up in your feature portal.

Can I port my number back to a landline, VoIP provider or cell phone provider?

Yes. You can port your parked number back to a regular service provider at any time. Just make sure you log into your billing portal and cancel your subscription service so you do not incur any further charges.

Will I get charged if I port my number out?

ParkNBlend will not charge you a port out fee. You will still be responsible for paying for your monthly service until the number port completes. The company you are porting to will likely charge you a porting fee.
